From April 27 to 28, 2026, an acceptance inspection team from the Veterinary Directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture visited Hebei Jinfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for a two-day acceptance inspection. General Manager Gong Zhenqiu, General Manager of International Trade Department Gong Xiaoyu, together with core department heads and key personnel from the International Trade Department, Quality Management Department, and other relevant divisions, accompanied and received the team throughout the entire process, cooperating with the inspection work in a professional and efficient manner.

 

1. At the beginning of the acceptance inspection
At the beginning of the acceptance inspection, the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture inspection team expressed sincere gratitude for Jinfeng Pharmaceutical's warm reception and thorough preparations, and in strict accordance with internationally accepted standards and relevant Iraqi regulatory requirements, provided a detailed introduction to the core objectives, verification plan, and key evaluation indicators of this inspection, laying the foundation for the orderly conduct of the acceptance work. 2. During the exchange session
During the exchange session, the Jinfeng Pharmaceutical team presented a comprehensive overview to the inspection team covering the company's development history, production scale, technical research and development capabilities, and quality management system construction, with particular emphasis on the full-chain control process from raw material procurement to finished product release. Iraqi officials conducted in-depth inquiries focusing on core key points such as raw material traceability, quality control standards, and storage conditions. Our team provided  professional responses to each question one by one, earning preliminary recognitionfrom the inspection team through detailed data and rigorous process explanations.

 

 

3. On-site Acceptance Inspection
Subsequently, the inspection team went deep into the company's production frontline, successively conducting on-site verification of various production lines, the central laboratory, raw material and finished product warehouses, and visiting the enterprise exhibition hall. From raw material screening, production processing, finished product inspection to packaging and shipping, the inspection experts followed the entire production process, conducting meticulous examination of critical links including workshop cleanliness, water preparation system operation status, equipment maintenance records, management system implementation, and product batch traceability system. With close collaboration and efficient cooperation among all departments, the verification work proceeded in an orderly manner. The inspection team spoke highly of Jinfeng Pharmaceutical's advanced production hardware facilities, comprehensive quality control system, standardized operating procedures, and diverse product portfolio, expressing great satisfaction with the standardized execution of all work.

After two days of rigorous verification, this acceptance inspection work concluded with complete success.
